    Hi all - I've manage to sort this by downloading the .cia files from another site. Some of the files also come with updates to install and DLC files. Thanks to @MythicalData for for the suggestion and to everyone else who tried to help!

    I should have said that after clicking OK, nothing happens. The message closes but no update happens. auto I should have said that after clicking OK, no update happens. The update message window just closes.
