    you will have to reformat either thru system format or tinyformat. Afterwards, will need to reinject cia via through hs to reinstall cia, hbl, luma updater, etc. sure..     If you were, just Copy the files on the sd card to a folder on you PC, format de SD Card (FAT 32) and move the files to the card again to continue the procedure from this point. You can also try another Sd card
