    How to get POPStarter via SMB to work in GitHub's OPL?

    I don't think its SMB/USB/etc that causes the lag. POPS is an emulator, while playing PS1 games off of a disk, uses the PS1 hardware baked into the PS2. So the emulator is inherently a bit more choppy. For FMV's. that is a different story, I have heard USB is a bit slower for those.

    It's very subtle lag. It's usually not major, but certain big levels that lag on the backwards compatibility layer of the ps2, lag more on popstarter.

    I also had some trouble getting popstarter to recognize my smb folder. Did you enable SMB 1.0 on windows? That seems to disable itself for me randomly for some reason, and it is required

    Oh yeah 100%. Copeland is a legend. Spyro 1 especially has music tied to the themes of the levels/worlds, agreed. Spyro 3's OST is my favorite to just jam to though.
