    I just reread the last few pages and I noticed there was a "new batch" release. I was using the older one, not sure if that has something to do with it or not. Tonight, I'll try a few other games using the "new batch" release. I'll try and narrow it down too. Thanks sr_corsario!

    Gradius NTSC-U.wad (VC - Nintendo), but I thought I read that it didn't matter which type of game was put into the wads folder. I thought it was just for organizing.

    Yes, sorry, I left those steps out... But yes, I can use Triiforce(on the FAT USB HDD) via homebrew to run the wad in the NAND enu(on the FAT USB HDD). I'm on firmware 4.1U with CIOS 249 and 222/223, homebrew 1.0.6 and WiiFlow 1.1. Used Simple FS Dumper on the Wii to get a NAND dump on SD...
