Did you change your time, if so you have to wait two days. Also if you choose the wrong option in the GL site when the server is busy it will wake your Pokemon up and you have to wait for another 24 hours... maybe you forgot to get something in High Link.- Choumaru

It means you need to wait 24 hours. You can only use Dream World once a day for an hour or twice a day for 30 mins each. You can sadly only get one Pokemon each day.- Choumaru

Well you have to remember this game is the first Pokemon game to get perfect scores. Not even the first one got that, so I can't wait to see what they added. Thus gives me a belief that there is a story.- Choumaru
