Stock 3DS users with no CFW but access to Homebrew (save editing) are unaffected, correct? Or has this not been confirmed reliably yet? If so, I am willing to test freakyhax and save edit Pokemon Sun to test this.- Chinzcinatti

So ONLY CFW users have been banned and any ordinary 3DS have yet to be confirmed as banned, correct? Also, from what I understand, most people have been using Doodlebomb on the most recent firmware... I myself do not have any CFW, but I have freakyhax to access Homebrew for save editing.
