DS #3923: Morinaga Takurou Kanshuu Okane no Shin Joushiki DS Training

My reading of the title is "New Money Common Sense Training". Looks like some sort of personal finances management trainer to me...

DS #3793: Yume wo Kanaeru Zou DS (Japan)

Dream Granting Elephant DS? That title just screams "download me"... After watching this gameplay video I am still none the wiser on what the game is actually about though... http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/mpd/permalink/m2N3PU364ZNLFQ

DS #3625: Tokuten Ryoku Gakushuu DS: Koukou Juken 5 Kyouka Pack (Japan

DS #3629: Zaidan Houjin Nippon Kanji Nouryoku Kentei Kyoukai Kounin -

Been using this for a couple of days now. At the low level (which is where I am) this is very similar to Kanken DS2. There is a new stroke order section which is good for beginners; however it only covers the 9-10 kyuu Kanji, so it isn't useful for long. Where it really looks like they've...

DS #3543: Mind Your Language: Learn Japanese (Europe)

This title may work for (pre-teen) kids, but for adult learners there are much better alternatives. (I'm not talking about My Japanese Coach - there are some pretty fundamental problems with that). I tried the German one, and wasn't impressed. I will be trying it anyway but don't have high hopes.

Hacking Next M3 FW Fixes (g6team Please Read)

The workaround for this one has already been posted in the release thread for Rittai Picross. This is another save file detection issue. Since getting my M3 Real I have only had problems with about a half dozen roms, and every single time it has been due to save type. For 1MB/2MB Flash save...

    DS #3499: Rittai Picross (Japan)

I managed to get it working on mine this morning. It was originally giving two white screens for me with Sakura 1.34 with the 4.3 update. I manually created a 2MB save file and now it is fine. Unix command I used to create this file was "dd if=/dev/zero of=rittai.sav bs=1024 count=2048"...

    DS #3481: Sukashikashipanman DS (Japan)

Patterned sweet bun man? I guess its some sort of Anpanman rip-off... Official Website Edit: Too quick with the translation there... apparently "sukashikashipan" is a Sand Dollar (closely related to the sea urchin). So not an Anpanman rip-off. Article about manga/anime project

    DS #3468: 7th Dragon (Japan)

I'm wary of feeding the trolls, but this is pretty crazy. The original use of the abbreviation Jap was used here as an abbreviation of the country, not referring to an individual. I don't think anyone would disagree that the terms above would be out of order but that is because they are used...

DS #3454: Kyoui no Tsugawa Shiki Kanji Kiokujutsu - Kiso Gakushuu Hen

Thank you High Road! The previous Tsugawa method game (DS #1305: Maru Kaite DonDon Oboeru: Kyoui no Tsugawa Shiki Kanji Kioku) is supposed to be a great method for remembering complex Kanji, but its a bit over my head. This game was originally released back in June 2007 (!) as a lower level...

Hacking Possible to force save type?

Hi, I have a game that is working fine if I run it under DesMuME on my PC, but when I run it on the M3 (4.2e or Sakura) it refuses to save. I can reproduce the same behaviour if I set the save type to anything other than 4kbit EEPROM in DesMuME so I think that the M3 firmware is not detecting...

DS #2766: Nihongo de Asobo DS (Japan)

Has anyone actually got this to work? Running M3 with Touchpod 4.2e and all I get is "Save data file format error!". Edit: sorted. ran with Desmume on my PC and then copied the save file to my SD.
