    Perfect! Thanks for all the replies, now I don't have to worry that something's wrong with my new console. It would have been painful, as it is a < 9.3 one, which is fairly hard to find in my country.

    I'm able to choose between a new 3DS and a new 3DS XL. Both 9.0.0 and new (not used). Price is about the same. I have a tough time choosing between those two. Which one should I get? Are there pros/cons I should know? What would you do in my situation?

    Why would you even want to ban such clients? I mean they pose no threat or anything to your users and connect even more people to eachother. If you want to prevent uncontrolled clients with malicious features, we could work together and release an official Windows client alongside with its 3DS...

    We will release it if the devs don't have anything against it. (I'm the other one who worked on this) But it will be out of date soon because the chat is being developed quite actively.
