    Most likely put some kapton ape on the chip for isolation. With the backplate it will be probably shorted.

    I changed from flex cable to backside mosfet installation which works fine. Just in case I will ruin the cap near the mosfet on an OLED. Can anyone help me what cap it is that I can order some spare sparts ?

    You should check your flex cable installation (SP1 / SP2) Blink code I'd interpreted as "CPU always reach BCT check (no glitch reaction, checkmosfet)"

    Maybe you can post some pics of the installation ? that could help - but even if the reading is consistent it could be a problem e.g. if the adapter is touching the wrong solder point - and an course double check that you have wired the cables to the chip in the right order.

    Possible you use the wrong resistors - should be 47R - seem to be 470R ?
