    Any more results from this? I Have been having the similar issues, tested like the 5 micro sd cards I own. Sys 11.17.0-50U New 3ds XL has CFW.     Out of curiosity I'd try those out ! But no those aren't what I usually get.

    Just highlight the files themselves , including the .tik , .cert and .xml and drag them to the nspbuild.py. It'll ask for a name and then it will create the .nsp. I tried dragging the folder they were in into the .py and wondered why it didn't work.

    Its an everything tool, doesn't need to be in layeredfs form, has options for just extracting the nca files. but your option sounds better.
