    - There are traces of lines/square lines when images are being upscaled. That's expected. You can only do so much with these 240p PSX backgrounds.

    Yep, learning these things by experience. Before this I was testing Dino Crisis 1 and Silent Hill 1, no issues there but as you mentioned, those are 3D. And thanks for making your stuff free for the weekend!

    Sure. For fully 3D games (eg Dino Crisis 1, Silent Hill), you need to change two settings: Change Aspect Ratio to 16 : 9 and enable the "Widescreen Rendering" checkbox. Some games might have their own specific widescreen patches under the "Patches" segment (see left column).

    Will try DC2 next but having a blast with your DC1 texture pack (doesn't have a topic here for some reason). Looks super clean and combining with other Duckstation settings like PGXP, proper wide-screen etc, it looks closer to a full remaster.

    Ah man :( If anyone was able to make backups, please do share. I also see videos of someone named Crazy Ivan making Duckstation packs, their videos are still up on YT but the links embedded in them are all dead. Shame to see this stuff get lost.
