    Okay so the issue has been resolved. I needed to delete both the atmosphere and switch folder and and then place the folders in their place. With that pegascape worked like a charm. Thank you!

    Yes, that's what it seems. Prior to attempting to update atmosphere hekate was working just fine. It is just very difficult to find much newer information on pegascape.
