After I replaced bank 5 nothing changed, then replaced 5 and 2 with chips from another console and all work fine again. I don't think this crack on APU is a problem.

Ccene replied to the thread PS5 Freezes during initial setup.Yes, the problem is probably with some of the nand chips and specially with some that contains unique information for the console. You can try to replace the 3 that not contain this information but I don't think you will fix this console.
