    Received dead console model number 1216. Replaced SB and after that 1 sec BLOD with UART code - 00000000 80801F12 0000018D FFFF0005 10000100 2013 0036 2C9B 1BC6:4B Replaced RAM 2 and 5 and console is working now.

    report back 80060000 uart code is fixed by replacing all 6phase SOC_VGFX mosfets, though IMO its likely the first 3 phase is the root cause but I just do all 6 together since I see last two has less heat during game run before crush shutoff...

    What you mean you inject 5V? You take a wire from 5V and put on the chip?

    Yes, I have. It's not short in 5V power rail to mosfets.
