My apologies for my newbieness. I'm starting with a brand new 2DS on version 6.0.0-12u. I followed Section 1 but when I got to Section 2, those addresses for Decrypt9WIP either result in a blank web page with a progress bar that doesn't move for over an hour or a crash back to the home screen...- causification
