    Hacking Twilight Menu++ won't start (ErrDisp)

    f 1718680738 FOUND THE FIX: TWL fix is not completely installed after the universal updater install, you have to open homebrew and you will see you can now install it from there, then finish up by uptdating the nd3s console withinn its default system settings updater.
