    So does this make it impossible to boot from anything other than a RCM payload ? If so that would essentially softboot your switch unless you had a payload delivery system on you (if the switch turns off). Am I wrong?

    They would be banning via Switch Authentication ID, so the console would be the target of the ban. All the accounts on the switch would work but not be able to access the features mentioned by Shiny.

    The guy in question is ShinyQuagmire he's been involved in the sceen for a good while and I can say without a doubt what we plebs see isn't all they have. So it's possible they had a CDN downloader a long time ago.
