Personally, it's well worth the risk to be able to have a portable emulation machine, even if i get banned. I've got all the games i want, the only games that i'm interested in that has online multiplayer is spla2n... No worries for some of us.

You can use hekate to back up your NAND. When you've got onto hekate, there's a tools option I believe. From there, you have to click dump Raw NAND and that should do so onto your SD Card.
