    What? The European Union doesn't issue passports, that's up to the countries. A French citizen has a stronger passport than a Belgian citizen for example, despite both countries being part of the Union.

    The "full voice" actually comes from the Vita version. The PC version didn't have those voices originally, they have just been added through an unofficial patch.

    Well, ok then. It was just hard for me to understand why you would want to stay on an old Henkaku version (losing a lot of new features, and gaining nothing), with an old (and buggy) dumper just because you don't want to open your browser.
