    Hardware Left joycon won't turn on or register as being connected to the rail and also won't click

    For further context, this switch that I have is really old and worked fine until I stopped using it for a while. Can somebody please explain this and give me an explanation as to why this is happening? I would also appreciate it if someone gives a solution or a helpful article. Thank you.

    Hello, as you can see by the title I need help converting the linked file to a .bctsm for my custom theme for Anemone. The reason why I can't is because I only have a laptop running ChromeOs, and I've tried every possible way to convert the file. Thank you.
