    If you do everything right, and dont mess with ios under 200 you'll be fine. And just to be safe, make a nand and ios'es backup.

I tested with 4 diferent flashdrives (diferent brand as well), and one SD. 1 with 16gb capacity, 2 with 8gb capacity...
