Check the first two posts on page 8 of Advanced Badge Editor's thread, there's info on all possible sub IDs, but you're basically only missing those for horizontal 1x2 (i.e. A: 100 & B: 101). -

I absolutely adore the work you've done so far. Fallout has been one of my favorite games since the late 90s, and having it on my 3ds would be a dream. I've installed the version on your github, and it's very promising. Talking heads work great...
