    We got the almost same idea! Here's my GBS with the same 3D printed case (but I modified it) of a very similar colour (mine it's still unfinished): The resistor on a switch is the 100 Ohm one to put between ground and sync when you're using the RGB SCART input, right?

    How the heck do you plan to get 240/480p from original hard... Oh, that's how. Well, in this case a Wii + scaler is a bit redundant. A Rasperry Pi or an old mini PC you could have laying already outputs HDMI, you don't need any scaler for that.
