Here's an image of the bug sorry for the bluriness. Below the 995 iron balls are the bugged items. Whenever I try to go on it the game freezes.

Uhh, I downloaded the 8_15_08_ALL one, and used USRCHEAT.DAT. I'm new so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

Having restarting Pokemon Diamond because of cheats and crashed the whole R4DS, I put new cheats BUT they also caused a problem too. My item bag is bugged and I can't get any items that I need including Power items (eg. Power Weight). Are there any bug fixes?
