    Hacking Nintendont

If you are using multi, then my guess is you have a corrupt (or incompatible) save file. With multi enabled all your games will save to a single save file and you risk losing all your saves if something messes up the file. Most people would recommend you use individual save files for each game...

Now, that you mention it, I do remember auto-format added in one of the updates from long ago. If I remember correctly, the auto-format wasn't always a feature (I remember having to format MC in the early days), but we don't know what version slash is using. If all the other MC works, then maybe...

    Hacking Nintendont

Hi slash, Check your Nintendont memory card settings. If you are not using "Multi", Nintendont will create a separate memory card save file for every game you run. ^1 Perhaps the save file for Paper Mario is corrupt. NOTE: If your Nintendont memory card settings are set to Multi - then this...

Perhaps a GX option where we can set what we want. Something like: nincfg.bin = Delete / Update with GX Settings / Not modified

    Hacking Nintendont

Can you make it so GX only deletes/overwrites the nincfg.bin if using an old version of nintendont that doesn't support args? I use both GX and nintendont for launching games (GX when I need cheats). I'd like my nintendont configured settings to survive after launching a game through GX. (I'm...

Can one of the devs explain the importance of the "USB" option in settings. As I understand it, it is only there to tell nintendont the games are on a USB device (or not), but isn't that kind of redundant as when you first boot nintendont it asks you to choose between SD and USB? Does the "USB"...

:) Thanks for the explanation. It's great how far this project has come.

    Hacking Nintendont

Thanks for the update. The result is just what I was after. Just wondering why you made the change in BT.c rather than PADReadGC.c with all the other controllers. Wouldn't it make sense to keep all the deadzone tweaks in one source file? Perhaps like the change I had suggested...

    Hacking Nintendont

I had a problem with the sensitivity of the BT classic controller (see me post on page 697, http://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendont.349258/page-697#post-5102746), so I made a mod for it. Until the Devs officially add it, try using the boot.dol in the attached file (modified source included) and...

    Hacking Nintendont

I wasn't getting any help with the analog buttons getting stuck using my BT_CC in Luigi's Mansion, so I decided to put my background in C++ to try and fix it myself. Looking at the source code, I found that all other controllers with analog triggers were using some DEADZONE code, but the BT C_CC...

    Hacking Nintendont

I'd just like to start by saying thanks a heap to all the developers that have put so much love and time into this project. I greatly admire the work and appreciate it. A couple of pages back I posted a problem I am having opening doors in Luigi's Mansion using an original classic controller...

    Hacking Nintendont

I can't open doors or use the flash-light in Luigi's Mansion when using WiiMote and classic controller. Works fine when using a Gamecube controller. Original PAL Wii - Nintendont r157. Anyone else having problems opening doors and flight-light with BT controllers? The button still registers a...

    Hacking Nintendont

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. The Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker is finally fixed. The end credits now play through fine and allow me to save new-game+. It was obviously the bug introduced in r72 (like I pointed out previously) and fixed with r121. I just tested it on r124 and it is perfect.

    Hacking Nintendont

Some pages back I reported a crash with Legend of Zelda - The Wind Waker during the beginning of the End Game Credits. I've been doing extensive testing and found the last version to work is r70 (yay - I was able to save after beating the game). r70 - works r71 - no dol r72 - black screen...
