    Thanks for the reply. I ended up replacing the backlight IC chip, the coil inductor and still had no power to the backlight to started testing continuity and somehow power did not go from the cap next to the ribbon cable to the actual ribbon port pin, so I replaced the ribbon cable 29 pin port...
