    You install it on the CFW 3DS and use it to access homebrew launcher. That way when you system transfer, the 11.2 3DS will have a way to get into homebrew launcher

    It's possible yes. You just need another 3DS that has with legitimate copies of steel diver sub wars and a dsi game

    So for anyone on 10.6 and 10.7 without an exploit game wanting to downgrade I believe this works. Its NA only obviously You can buy the game on Nintendos web store http://www.nintendo.com/games/detail/eYURHNjVdfyrnA3OJGfmlMYIrJUzgOcv when you buy the game it gets sent to your 3DS homescreen...
