I'm having a similar problem as well and i used h2testw and reformated with guiformat. Luma (when holding select at boot). godmode9 (when holding start). and twilight menu app on home menu boot up but themes/fbi/universal/etc doesn't show up. I tried putting faketik in /3ds but nothing changes...
