    I could call then and say that but on the ticket I said that it's been broken. Telling them that I "sold/lost" will go against what I said in the ticket. Unless they can't track that kind of stuff.

    Fortunately, the account didn't get effected by the console ban. Can it still be salvaged by using the Transfer method in the settings? (Sorry for a followed up question btw)
