I'm done here, you've gone aggressive & defensive for no reason. I don't know how a question that could essentially be answered with No, there are no new software exploits coming & no one has discovered any for years, it's unlikely a new one would be found soon. Turned into an aggressive debate...
I CAN'T BELIEVE Nintendo is using the "SUPER VULNERABLE" FreeBSD kernel, a kernel that has existed for DECADES & still has new vulnerabilities TO THIS DAY.
IDK why you've decided to be a dick for no reason. It's a fact that Microsoft was more advanced compared to Nintendo with the security of their early 2000s devices (Hypervisors & efuses on 360 while Nintendo was still figuring out how to make a good RSA implementation on the Wii).

I don't think I was clear in the post, I know for sure I am on Mariko, I know there are no software exploits atm or incoming.

I don't understand both options, are you suggesting I get a 4.3 U System Menu WAD from NUS Downloader and install it using something like mod mii. What settings do I input into NUS to get the proper wad (patch IOS, keep encrypted / decrypted contents, etc). What do I lose if I reinstall the...
My Wii is most likely Mail bricked, is there a way I can fix this. I found an application called de1ete mail brick fix (something along those lines) that was recommended to a user on these forums however I cannot find the application now. I can't delete cdb.vff myself. Is there an archive of...
My Wii has been having an issue where it boots to a black screen after the health and warning, EXCEPT in maintenance mode. After a few months of trouble shooting I have narrowed down the issue to possibly be the file /title/00000001/00000002/data/cdb.vff. After messing around with the file in...
