    yea you dont have to get them all just 100 so if you miss some just keep going, try to grab as many on the green spaces because you can go back on the yellow ones, also don't step on all the green ones once you start the level because thats where the star comes out so you need to get back there...

    i used brick blocker too, but those dvd's are just costers now, however it was easier for me because i had the iso backed up so i could just re-burn it and it worked

    hehe yea what brick blocker does it removes any updates on the game so it doesn't brick your wii, now to run SMG the update needs to RUN, since you (i'm assuming) stripped out the update the game won't run, i'm not sure if there is a way to returning the iso to its original state but i doubt it

    i have a 3.1U with 1.9g update, however do not use brick blocker to remove the update. just burn a normal copy of SMG and let it run a short update of the game, then it restarts and its going to work. p.s. if you messed up the iso, just delete it and extract again, then burn the unmodified...

    oh, also if you got your 1.9g update to work you need to burn SMG without taking out the update with brick blocker so then when you put the game in the first time it will update real quick and then restart and should work

    yea i agree, i have a Samsung 32" and the picture is great, as far as graphics go that has nothing to do with the tv because that's the way the game was made, as Hooya said graphics can't compare to a xbox360 but picture wise i think it looks great on a big tv

    ok this is what i did, extract you regions file which is about 40 mb, then use a burning program (i use nero), burn as a image file on a DVD not cd and thats all there is to it

    hahah no problem i did the same thing and my burner ejects my dvd, i was like wtf but then when i went back it lets you chose, i guess we never notice it before because the file is larger then a CD so it doesnt give us the option, but glad you got it to work

    Hooya is right, regardless of the region (pal or ntsc) do not remove the update with brick blocker otherwise the game will show but all you get is a black screen

    its the game to get for the wii, especially if you know and love the whole mario franchise, graphics are great and gameplay is well designed to suit the wii, ie using the wii remote. this is a must play, i just poped it in for 15 mins and was very impressed.... damn you school lol but soon ill...

    yea i know nero does that but there should be a tab or drop-down where you change from cd to dvd and then just pop in a dvd and it will recognize it
