    A guy claimed he made an app that can generate a friendcodeseed_B with NTR, so you wouldn't need a second 3DS to bypass the ban. However the guy has not released the app yet, so it may be just a bait.

    I think the problem is that people have two different bans, one is supposedly perma and the other is the usual 15 days. I think people will be forever banned from NNID services and unbanned from online after 15 days, by that is just a guess.

    They aren't, but they do. A lot of people reported getting the copies early. Here in my country there's a store that's selling the game since yesterday, so there's some people that are getting banned even with legit games.
