    Just an update that this still isn't working on an R4i Gold (v 1.30 kernel). Just goes to black screen right when you should take control, at Day 7. Music continues to play, but then cuts off. Have tried with and without hex edit. Just bought this R4i Gold... is this something I should be...

    Interesting Idea: So supposedly, they have the update "finished" but are trying to figure out a "delivery method" to get the update out... anyone else think this translates to: "We have an update, but are trying to figure out how to prevent it from working on clone chips."? Think about this...
