    I was just playing, when I back to home screen my 3ds say about system update, i didnt give a fuck and tell it to update, but i get a infinite black screen, and now i tried restart my 3ds and black screen continue. D=

    Well at least for me, it was a big fps improvement .

    Mario Kart becomes a little unstable for me ... strange, sometimes full speed(60 fps) , sometimes double speed (even with 60fps [v-sync on/off, dont looks change anything]) , and sometimes slow as hell (10 fps) , everything in the same course, yet, not the same "try"
