    You gotta get "hshop", its basically an appstore that downloads roms over the Internet instead of putting roms onto the sd card and downloading them through fbi. Although you probably already know that.

    You can download it on your 3ds and play it using twilight menu if that interests you although you'll have to mod the 3ds first which is very easy and highly recommended.
