    I wouldn't try it. Luckily for me, I was able to grab the LocalFriendCodeSeed_B off of a trashed 3DS with CFW.

    This is why I haven't finalized my swap yet, I swapped my friendseed and then rebanned myself because I'm fucked if the unbanned friendseed gets banned.

    You need LocalFriendCodeSeed_B to fix the 0102 ban, and NTR to temporarily fix the eShop ban.

    If you didn't go online via Festival Plaza you should be fine. The only solution we have is for restoring online play and that requires two 3DSes. I could restore online play right now, but I'm trying to wait for Nintendo's next move...
