    The only way Nintendo could check the 'garbage' data is if you update... If that started to happen im sure word would go around not to update..... simples! Same think happened with Xbox 360 when Modern Warfare 2 came out.. People just didnt use the modded Xbox for online... Waiting for the PAL...
