    wii u won't turn on properly

    the light's blue and it's making A Noise but it won't do anything. tried switching it off and on a few times and it does the same thing. it's modded, for what it's worth. UPDATE: i fixed it, unplugged and re-plugged (?) the HDMI. fuck that gave me a heart attack and a half.

    Forgive me if this isn't how to correctly do this, I am new to this. Yesterday, I got WUP Installer GX2 and used it to install Youtube. Worked perfectly.
