    I have out of regions games but for some reason acnl dose not work... auto I tried doing this, I think I did it wrong though... so this is what I did: In the luma file I made a new file called "locales" and in it i put something which looks like documents then I named it 0004000000086200.txt...

    So yeah I have A9HL and luma cfw on 9.2 U but when I try to download some of the newer games it tells me I need to have 9.6 or higher so how do I fix this...
