    Yeah, i'm well aware of that, but i'm speaking of fbi.3ds and fbi.elf which show up outside of said 3ds/fbi folder along with fbi.cia as you extract FBI.zip.

    Where do you actually need to place the FBI.3ds and .elf from the fbi package? Those don't seem to be mentioned at the very first steps ...
