    These are files that were deleted from the card ealier, or maybe some system files. But have you found your saves? They should be in one of the clusters.

    You can boot homebrew with Sakura, but not the comercial roms. It's just beta. I don't think that there's any app that can boot them.

    There's version for other flashcards (my friend's tested it on R4), but it's not like firmware - you have to run it by *.NDS file.

    Don't use GM to load your games, just copy them and paste to the card. Edit: crazyshiza was faster
