    The laptop should be able to run comfortably but if you want to run WiiU games on cemu down the road, consider going for something a little more powerful. Also careful with disk hard drives, they usually break after a year or so playing games on laptops.

    I don't do much graphic editing but I like to use ShareX which is a free open source project for Windows that can create gifs from screen capture. It also has many other features to capture and share but I'm not sure if it's GIF related.
