    slow? i don't know about the connections in canada, but in europe torrents a fast as hell just use protocol encryption and harddisk encryption.... besides, i think torrent downloads are harder to track than http downloads...(http server log every connection)

    I'm pretty sure they would not even think about bricking hacked wiis. I don't know about the laws in the US and Japan, but in EU....they would kick Nintendos asses if they brick a wii on purpose.
