    any equipment that doesnt have a specific character restriction can be equipped on everyone. the 2 things you mentioned can both be equipped by everyone. just give yourself more than 1. i have 4 super suits and everyone can wear them at the same time.

    yea that makes sense since you can only get one normally, that said i gave myself 4 and was able to equip them on everyone without issue

    items that can be used by multiple characters are ok to have more than 1 of. ie most accessories and super suit,lazy shell(armor), and work clothes

    if you search for item quantity you can just view the memory region for other items and change the zeroes to 1+ to find the different items and give yourself however many you want. if you search for mushroom values above mushroom are equipment and below it are the other items and special items...
