    I think that we will need to wait to June 26th to know if the ban is still working or Nintendo Unbanned the 3ds (sry about my bad english, i do my best)

    They say that the ban was full and not temporal! I´ve my N3DSXL with CFW and since the ban started i never used the wifi so idk if my console is still working online with the CFW or if it´s banned.

    It could it be! But there´s no proof about the unbanned 3ds. I m in a Spanish forum and some peoples try to connect and they aren´t unbanned :S

    I think that is a fake about the unbanned 3ds. No one was unbanned in the last days!
