    My best assumption would be whenever the switch's iteration of the virtual console is implemented. When that happens is anyone's guess, but the current rumor is September.

    Gaming I was right about arms.

    I appreciate that arms removed special moves from the genre. Doing so puts more focus on the player's ability to anticipate their opponent's movements and react accordingly. The delay it takes an arm to retract also prevents button mashing from being a viable strategy as well.
