    Activating decrypt by button sequence and using ctrnand transfer in sysnand with ctr 9.2 file worked and I will continue my homebrew and emunand installation like I intended to. thank you.

    yes but I have lost my .bin backups after downgrading to a lower version than I currently have and I would not like to consider it "bricked" (Cannot update games or via wi-fi). I still have the ability to create an emunand with a correctly formatted sd card, restore/backup sysnand, and dump carts.
