    As stated above (opps, now previous page), use the Sakura tools. However, you do not have to use an ipk file. If you want to you can simply use gif and jpg files. I personally like using the jpg files better than the ipk files. It's alot simpler to get into the files, you can just make folders...

    Just as stated in title. I like a bunch of the user skins, but want to change their colors. It's easy enough to do with the source files, but I only have the skn files. Is there an app to unpack the skins? I have the one to pack them, just can't figure out the reverse process.
