    So I do have my Boot 0 / 1 and rawnand.bin now. I bought this switch used and it came with a scratch on the screen. When I test the screen almost all of it works except for one small section. Its not even really noticeable when playing games. Could this be the reason I'm having difficulties...

    Thanks I noticed on the finalizing step it says: Old 3DS and 2DS Only: The Old 3DS 11.2.0-35 otherapp payload for your region I have the old 3ds but my version isnt 11.2.0-35 so do I still need to do this step?
