    Any update on this ? I just got a Wii and it has 4.2 menu. I was able to install HBC but I cannot install cIOS. Everytime I try to do that, the system hangs and I have to hard reset it.

    Thanks for the detailed reply. I know how the settings work, its just that I don't know which games require what settings to be changed. Like which game requires 002 fix and which one requires video fix. Is there a guide anywhere about this information ?

    Following is my setup NTSC Wii with 4.0 firmware cIOS38_rev13 USB Loader GX rev516 NeoGamma R3 (channel) NeoGamma R4 (dol loading via HBC) For the life of me, I can't figure out why some games work with default settings and for other I have mess with video patch, 002 fix, force video setting...

    I recently installed NeoGamma R3 on 4.0 firmware Wii with CIOS 249 rev 13a and I don't understand why some games load perfectly (from external hard drive) while others (that load from USB Loader GX) get stuck at "Launching Game" screen. Punchout loads every time so I don't think its 002 fix...
