    I got this thing to work yesterday and it doesnt matter what you name the files as long as the the xml file has the exact name as the video. I changed the video file names to a.avi and b.avi and edit the xml file to match a.avi;b.avi and so on and it worked. I edit mine with notepad...

    Its caused by a GPU thats been overheated and isnt working properly anymore. Theres no real fix for it but to get a whole new board.
